Eat Smart: What's for Dinner?

This series of books should help you find just the right thing for dinner abroad. They also include recipes so you can duplicate the best dishes at home, as well as very useful information on identifying things you'll see for sale in markets and shops while traveling. They might also be of value to help you avoid foods that you might not like, or which might be unhealthful to you because of an allergy, for example. The titles below represent the whole set available now; let's hope the authors continue the series—I'd love to see a title on Chinese regional foods:
