Where to Stay

One of the island's top children's programs is at the Sonesta Beach Resort Bermuda . The Just Us Kids program is free to guests and includes two levels: Just us Kids for ages 3-12 and Just Us Teens for ages 13-17. The program runs June 1 to Labor Day and holiday periods of spring break, Easter, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas season.

The list of kids' activities (tempting to adult travelers as well) includes arts and crafts, sand castle building, swimming, visits to some of the island's best kids' attractions, and more. Teen fun includes kayaking tours, mountain biking, snorkeling, and horseback riding. This beachfront resort (actually the only one in Bermuda that's right on the beach) has three swimming pools, including a kids' pool. The resort also boasts a spa, fitness center, dive shop, and more.

The island's largest hotel has a full menu of activity options: 5 championship tennis courts, a putting green, volleyball, a half mile sand beach, kayaking, snorkeling, Olympic sized climate controlled pool, and more.

Located on the edge of Hamilton Harbour, this downtown hotel has a cooperative agreement with its sister hotel, the Fairmont Southampton Princess so guests can enjoy both facilities. This property is geared more to business travelers but does offer several family-friendly features, including babysitting services, free cribs, and a family program.

This luxury resort stands on a high above the sea with views of the island. The large resort includes golf, a spa. The resort also includes many family-friendly features. Babysitting is available 24 hours daily for $10 for the first child, $2 for the second child (plus a $5 per hour additional charge for the sitter's transportation after 11pm). High chairs and strollers are also available for guests.
